Will the cops care that i have xenon bulbs in my car?

I am buying a hid kit and putting in xenon bulbs in a car that they were not designed for. Will the cops care that they are illegal ie. check? I live in Queensland AustraliaWill the cops care that i have xenon bulbs in my car?
I would place a call to the local Constable to find out what their thoughts

xenon bulbs no....HID kit yes........just the bulbs are basically same as stock it is the HID transformer that makes them brighter or bluish...... and they are legal as long as u put HID bulb housings in as well
