Why will a xenon light last longer than a halogen light?

1.)why will a xenon light last longer than a halogen light?

2.)please explain why LED lights are being installed in new buildings in places that are hard to reach?

3.)why is there chromatic aberration for light that goes through a lens, but there is not chromatic aberration for light that reflects from a mirror? Why will a xenon light last longer than a halogen light?
In a halogen lamp, there is a tungsten filament that glows, what happens after time? In a xenon lamp, what is glowing? will it wear out?

LED lamps last a long time. Wouldn't you prefer not to change lightbulbs so often?

A lens refracts light. Is that refraction the same for all wavelengths? What are the reflection rules at the surface of a mirror? Is it wavelength dependent ?
