I take it your talking 120 volt and not 12v. Make sure you have power coming from where your plugged into and that the breaker isn't tripped on that outlet. You may have a wire off in your plug. If you have a multi tester check to see if you have power to the breaker box also. If your not sure of what your looking for be very careful of electrical shock.
