We have a 2008 Jayco Trailer. We've attempted to ignite the water heater and it wont stay on. Come to find on. Cold water is coming through the faucets and toilets we just cant get hot water. Since this is the first time it has been out and it's the first time we've used it we believe the valve might be closed from it being winterized. We've check every cubby located near the outside panel where the water heater is. We can't find them to save our lives. Please Help!JAYCO Trailer Question PLease help?
Yes, there's definitely a valve that needs to be opened- it should be in the hot water heater panel area- if you can't find it, call a dealer and find the location. This happened to me too, although the dealer opened it for me so I didn't see exactly where it was.
