I'm looking to buy a pull behind trailer (not a pop-up or 5th wheel) and have looked at Jayco, Puma, Cherokee Grey Wolf, etc. Can anyone tell me the quality of these, which are more durable, etc. I liked the Cherokee ('08) and the price is $10,500 for a 22 ft (which is around the length I want). I'm wondering if this is a good deal or if the price means the "quality" of the camper. This was the least expensive where as some of the others ranged from 13-18K. I live in the Omaha area so I'm also wondering about prices to compare from other ares. Any feedback would be appreciated if you know anything about or have one of these trailers. Thanks! What can you tell me about camping trailers?
I live in Oregon. Beginning of the year we bought a 2007 Fleetwood Pioneer Spirit, 18 feet. The sale price was $12,000. The price that your looking at is a good price. I think the names your looking at are good. Just make sure you know how much you can tow, very important. What can you tell me about camping trailers?
trail lite makes the best one for the money. they pull like a dream and if you choose wisely they have great storage. What can you tell me about camping trailers?
They are pretty much the same with different options. Weight is a serious concern as lighter ones are way easier to handle on the road. Some have aluminum frames some steel, aluminum being as strong but lighter. Make sure you can get it serviced in your area of residence and or travel.
thats probably about the average price.
just pick the layout you want. also, make sure you have enough truck to pull it. i bought a 27ft. 7 years ago for 15,000. i pull it with a gmc 3/4 truck, and no trouble going up hill.
