Depends on why the roof is sagging.
If a limb fell on it - than the damage caused by the limb should be covered (assuming you have physical damage coverage on your camper).
If the seams deteriorated and water leaked in over time causing the roof structure to rot out - that is not covered.Is my camper roof covered on insurance?
Call your insurance company and they will send out an adjuster. Many of these thing are related to storm damage. This is covered under your comprehensive coverage on your camper. Unless the damage is loss-related, such as a storm or vandalism, then the insurance company most likely won't cover it. They won't cover wear and tear (age)
