Do I have to have a title for a popup camper?

was given a Jayco popup camper that is in pretty bad condition. thinking about fixing it up only if I don't have to have a title to get it tagged, etc.Do I have to have a title for a popup camper?
Legally, it's not yours, until you have a title for it.



So if it's stolen, and you fix it up, and the rightful owner comes alone . . . they get it back. Period. And you'll need a title to get it tagged.Do I have to have a title for a popup camper?
