possible, yes, but not practical. You would need to move the sink next to it, and extend the wall outside of the bathroom into the hallway.Is a full size toilet possible in an R.V.?
they have RV specific porcelain toilets. Not quite like the one at home, but you don't want a toilet with water in a tank in an RV anyway.
