Has anyone heard of Jayco (sp?)? Medical Staffing/Credentialing?

I probably spelled it wrong. I'm trying to find out information about JAYCO - sp? It has something to do with medical staffing or credentialing.

JCAHO is often pronounced "Jayco." It is the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Health Organizations. JCAHO audits clinics and hospitals to make sure they meet JCAHO standards. JCAHO decides what those standards are, and can change the standards from year to year. If you ask health professionals, most feel like JCAHO is a scam, since the clinics themselves have to pay for the audit, and some of the standards are a real pain and have no real benefit to the patients or the clinicians. However, JCAHO accreditation is required by insurers, so the clinics/hospitals have to comply. I have no idea who actually runs JCAHO, but I've been told that they are a private organization.Has anyone heard of Jayco (sp?)? Medical Staffing/Credentialing?
