I am thinking about buying a pop up trailer but am very confused about which brand to look for. I tried talking to a couple dealers but they just want to push whatever they carry. So I was wondering which of these brands is quality and which is junk.

Bloomin' I've had two pop ups over fourteen years and was in a pop up club for a while. Here is a couple of links for ya
1st link dedicated to pop ups
2nd link, by far the biggest, so is the tent trailer section. some of the regular posters are pretty grouchy, use the search engine first, most questions that can be asked, already have.
3rd link, well, if you get one, this link will save you a ton of money and grief, and if you read it once or twice, you'll sound like a genius around the campfire!
It really pays to do your research, you ll be a lot happier in the end
The companies that are left after this recession are all pretty good. It depends also on where and what you have in mind to do, for example Jayco makes a bad ash baja type trailer that's real heavy duty, so is the cost, but its bulletproof, its also not necessary if your weekending it at the local full hook up state park.
After reading these message boards, it will become readily apparent what to stay away from, go ahead and email me if you like
