I have the xenon and whenever i try to send or receive pictures/sounds it says unable to retrieve message. I dont have internet on my phone but that shouldn't make a difference because my cousin who has verizon doesnt have internet but he can send/recieve sounds/pics. What do i doWhy cant my lg xenon get pictures or sounds that my friends send me?
What is your service provider? If it's AT%26amp;T then you have to have a data plan to recieve pictures and sounds. When I first signed up with them I was surprised by this as well and it made no sense since I had unlimited messaging and with other providers you don't need a data plan.
