I bought some unknow brand called Hipro Power 5900 Kelvin Temp. rating, from Ebay and they suck!!! Who makes the best Xenon HID bulbs, with the best bright and whiteness illumination? ALso what is the reccommend Kelvin rating?Who makes the best Xenon HID light bulbs for my car?
