How do you accept multimedia messages on a lg xenon?

Okay, i have a red lg xenon! My mom tried to send me a picture through multimedia message and it wont let me get the picture!! i press get and all it says is..'message transaction is already in progress." I don't know what to do after that!



Also I tried to send a picture to my yahoo by multimedia message! it says.." unable to send message to..then my namee."

WHYY?How do you accept multimedia messages on a lg xenon?
i have the exact same phone. Under the messages, you can have standard view or conversation view, if you have your messages under conversation view, just expand the messages, and touch your finger on the multimedia message, it should be under lined like a link, once you touch it, it should open. then touch the center of the picture, it will say, something like, open, save, or forward, hit save, and it will ask you to rename it.

If you have your messaging under standard view, when you open the message, just hit the button 'get"and it should do the same thing.

if the picture wont open, which has happened to me before, try getting your mom to send it through bluetooth, which is easily turned on through the phone settings.

(also, make sure you have service, or else it wont receive the picture!!!)
