Missing Plug-In on Google Chrome?

When I try to look at videos on YouTube it says I have a missing plug in. I know that you need to download Adobe Flash Player but when I try it said "Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe? Flash? Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available." so I can't re-install it or anything. Can someone maybe give me a link to fix it? Help me out somehow. Thanks :)Missing Plug-In on Google Chrome?
Check your Flash plugin (maybe it's disabled)

1. Open Chrome

2. Copy this

about:plugins

3. Go to the address bar, right-click and choose “Paste and go”

4. Check your Flash plugin enabled or disabled

If it enabled, try to reinstall.

Download latest stable Flash 10.3.181.34 (beta not recommend):

If this does not work, try to clear

Flash cookies LSO. I suggest to install Click%26amp;Clean extension for Chrome:

use Click%26amp;Clean Options by defaultMissing Plug-In on Google Chrome?
