Wtf google chrome and flash 9?

i have google chrome. i was just on tumblr, posted a song. i have reblogged some before too. but when they show up on my page it says flash 9 is needed to play it. so i click on the "flash 9" since its a link. and it takes me to a site that says "Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe庐 Flash庐 Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available.". and there is no option for me to update it.

so why does tumblr tell me i dont have it?Wtf google chrome and flash 9?
maybe it is disabled. Type this in the URL box

chrome://plugins/

look for the plug that says "Flash". If it is colored slightly gray then it is disabled. You must re-enable it by clicking the Enable link right below it.

i think the current version right now is 10.3.183.5. So maybe that's the problem. You can also try and install the latest version of Chrome. To do this hit the wrench (Tools) button in upper right hand corner. Then hit "About Google Chrome". This will open up a little window and Google Chrome will check for any updates. If if finds any it will download it automatically and ask you if you want to install the latest version. Tell it yes and when it's done installing relaunch Chrome.
