How to update Flash in Chrome.. if you first clicked 'No' & 'Don't show again'?

The download page on Adobe's site says:

"Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe庐 Flash庐 Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available."

However it's not going to do that again.. I checked through Chrome's settings and there's only the option to remove the plugin.. is this another fail on Google's part like the inability to choose when to translate a page and having to rely on it's kindness? Will reinstalling Chrome leave the doomed settings intact? Like an old game that lets you change to a higher screen res than your screen supports without a confirmation message.. bah.How to update Flash in Chrome.. if you first clicked 'No' %26amp; 'Don't show again'?
Edit 2: Stupid me, my mistake, try one of these (at own risk of course):

1. Remove the plugin from chrome then re-install.

2. If you still have the installation .exe, double click it. I think it will try to update your current flash.

3. Try downloading the executable .exe from another browser.

4. If the above 3 don't work, I believe this will: Go to the built in windows software manager (which gives you this huge list of all software you have installed on your computer, sort it on name, them either search for something with adobe or flash (or both) in it.. There aren't many programs with those words in it so you should be able to find it within seconds. When you find that just uninstall it. After that just go to google chrome and install again. It should let you download normally this time.

If these didn't work for you then sorry but I can't help you any more since I'm on my cell phone.
