LG Xenon is an AT%26amp;T phone that is a horizontal slide and has a touchscreen. I've been wanting it for a long time, but I don't know what's good about it and what's bad. Please list some pros and cons about this cellphone. What are some pros and cons about LG Xenon?
I have a xenon, and i love it.
But if you're buying ANY phone, i would suggest buying it at bestbuy, they have much better prices, and even some different colors.
pros--
you can type on the keyboard, or the screen
has very easy internet access, and email, text, and im as well
has a very nice music player im practically addicted to
and for a touch screen it isn't huge, and actually fits in your pocket.
cons--
battery life, i have to charge it almost every night, but im constantly using the internet. What are some pros and cons about LG Xenon?
The good:
The LG Xenon has an attractive touch-screen display, a great QWERTY keyboard, customizable standby screens, plenty of shortcuts, and lots of features like 3G speeds, quad-band support, a 2-megapixel camera, GPS, and more.
THE BAD: The LG Xenon suffers from the lack of POP or IMAP e-mail support, the touch screen suffers from a slight learning curve, the Web browser feels a little clunky, and you're limited to only six widgets to customize the home screen. What are some pros and cons about LG Xenon?
Okay, I'll give you my personal opinion.. but it may not be things that bother you about it.
Keypad:
I never have liked the numbers mixed into the qwerty keyboards.. it just doesn't sit well with me. I do love the qwerty pads, as I text a lot and it makes the texts go a lot faster.. however if you text with one hand.. gl. lol.
They could have done like apple and put the keyboard on the touch screen.. then again that would have taken up a lot of space on the screen.
Talk Time:
The talktime is 4 hours, and standby is 11. Personally I don't buy phones with that low of talk time.. but I use mine a lot. Currently I have the Sony Ericsson w580i.. which has a talk time of 9 hours and standby of 2 days. This has always been the big deciding factor of whether or not I purchase a phone. I look at the talk time, then I look at the rest of the specs.
Camera:
2megapixels.. no complaints there.
Extra:
It supports bluetooth, 3g, but only has 80mb of space.. so if your looking on getting music.. taking pictures.. or movies or anything else to put on it.. then I would definately get a card.. the good news is that microSD tends to be cheaper than m2.
Sooo I guess Summary is:
Pros:
Qwerty
Touchscreen
MicroSD
Bluetooth
2mp Camera
Cons:
Talktime %26amp; Standby
Number Pad
80mb of space.
%26lt;3 Hope this helps..
